Human resources are a great cost in all businesses. Every organization wants to make sure that their personnel are highly trained and that they have the information necessary for success. E- learning is now widely accepted by most organizations as the best training method.

Some common e learning barriers
Introduction of E-learning leads to palpable changes in the already existing system, and as a result is met with opposition by the employees. As a part of the change management procedure, it becomes essential to constantly communicate with the employees and promote E-learning
Employees working in a system for a long period get used to that system. Due to their old habits they are reluctant to adopt a new practice. ‘E-learning’ itself is a technical terminology which seems to be uncertain and difficult. So this term generates a mind block and negative perception. The most widespread perception is that it will be hard to take time off from every day activities
Each employee has different reasons for non acceptance of E- learning. Some employees suffer from self efficacy which translates into a belief that they are not competent enough to use this technology. Some suffer from computer illiteracy; some are simply attached to the old ways and still others dislike the content. It is necessary to first address the fears and complaints of the employees if a company wants to implement successful E- learning

Removing barriers
E- learning demands a certain level of skills. Sometimes even highly educated employees lack necessary computer and internet skills.  Organization must invest in training employees in necessary computer competency skills. This will boost employee self efficacy which will have a positive effect and promote acceptance of E- learning. It is crucial to give employees enough time to study overworked employees, squeezing in some learning in their free time is a formula for disaster. Organizations must provide a supportive environment, incentives and technical help to encourage E-learning.

Motivating Employees
This is a big change and needs some promotion till it becomes a part of the organizational background. The leaders themselves must adopt the new approach first, both to challenge and to encourage the rest of the employees. The business must make some decision of the extent of adopting E- learning. This may be informal like promoting an environment for concerned instructors to move resources online, or it could be an official planned, enterprise-wide initiative.

Conclusion
Organizations will reap the rewards of E- learning only when change occurs at the level of the individual employee. The transition to an E-learning environment needs to be managed very circumspectly; otherwise the RoI is significantly impacted. E-learning needs to be “sold” to the employees. Once they see the benefit in the idea there will be no conflict.
