Rollbook, is a hosted LMS that simplifies learning management without sacrificing functionality. In addition to support for AICC and SCORM web-based courseware, the LMS manages instructor-led training sessions with ease.

Rollbook can help your organization automate many aspects of training mangement with auto-enrollments, letter triggers, certification tracking with expirations, and much more. Combining these advanced features with easy-to-use customizable reporting, can help organizations of any size reduce the complexity and cost of training activities.

Homepage and Course Delivery
The Rollbook homepage provides users with a simple interface to view their current enrollment, completion history, and overview calendar. From the homepage, users can keep up with scheduled sessions, launch online sessions, launch trackable AICC or SCORM courseware, or access surveys.

Catalog and Authorization
The course and track catalog is customized for users determined by geographical and position based groups. Also, the catalog alerts users of prerequisite and authorization status. Students may enroll in open courses or request authorization directly from the catalog. Administrators can be immediately alerted of requests via email or upon LMS login.

Calendar and Schedule
View a personalized calendar that displays all scheduled events and any authorized sessions. The user calendar provides one simple interface for users to manage their schedule and to select sessions from the catalog.

User Management
Rollbook provides an extremely flexible user management system that utilizes a branching group structure. The resulting corporate tree can be used to easily create complex filters for reports, group assignments, letter lists, and other critical learning management tasks.

Course Management
Courses in Rollbook can consist of any number of activities. These requirements can be SCORM or AICC courseware, instructor-led classroom sessions, instructor-led online sessions, or surveys.

Instructor-Led Training
Instructor-led sessions can be scheduled and managed by system administrators. Use the calendaring system for conflict resolution of instructors, classrooms, and equipment. Also, manage session status and scores from one easy page.

Learning Paths (Tracks)
Group courses into learning paths (tracks) with or without expiration dates. Make a track required to automatically assign itself to groups of employees.

Letters and Triggers
Create custom HTML-formatted letters which serve as welcome, reminder, and congratulations notifications to your employees. These letters may be emailed automatically by the LMS using triggers or manually generated by LMS administrators in email or PDF format.

Certificates and Mappings
Build customized certificates and map them to tracks, courses, or sessions. Include variables that get dynamically replaced when the certificate is generated. Once a mapped item is passed, the student may view and print their certificate.

Reporting
Customize reports for courses and tracks on the fly with date ranges, course or track names, user groups, and user progress. Export these reports as PDF files that can be printed and downloaded or as a CSV file that can be downloaded and opened in a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
